Agreement: the Terms of Use Agreement
Owner: G-TED AB
Licensor:Owner, its subsidiary, affiliate, partner, supplier, distributor, reseller or assign.
Member (or You):registered end-user and JOGAMO accessing game player.
JOGAMO:  a mobile online accessed skill gaming service for mobile devices providing Members simple but entertaining multiplayer skill games and ability to play against others.
The Game: an online mobile skill game, as it may be, individually and collectively.
Client Software: client JOGAMO access application software
The Mobile Websites: wap.jogamo.com, m.jogamo.com
The JOGAMO Website:www.jogamo.com

Access to JOGAMO require a Member to

• have access/entertain a personal SIM card with a valid Mobile Subscriber Integrated Services Digital Network Number (“MSISDN”) through a wireless online service provider (“Mobile Service Provider”) including for example a subscription through a Mobile Network Operator or Mobile Carrier (“MNO”), a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (“MVNO”) or a Service Provider (“SP”) or similar
• have a by Licensor supported Internet access enabled client device in accordance with supported technical specification (including for example, pda, smartphone, wireless phone, portable media carrier or similar) (a “Handset”);
• have installed Access Point Name Settings (“APN Settings”) to the subscribed mobile network with Mobile Service Provider;
• install a JOGAMO access application software on the Handset using the Internet for communication between client and server via by Licensor supported protocols such as for example GPRS/3G/HSDPA (the “Software” or the “Client Software”);
• register a private and personal Account, including
• User name: account id / alias
• Password: personal access code
• MSISDN: Mobile Subscriber Integrated Services Digital Network Number, cell, mobile telephone number
• Email: current and valid e-mail address
• Year of birth
• accept and perform reimbursement of at any time applicable JOGAMO fund or credits transactions required for participation to/from the Account, including, if any, fees, pay per down-load fee, bet, deposit to Account for credits and similar (collectively “Billing”) and
• accept the terms in the Agreement.

Virtual Goods: Licensor retains the unfettered right to modify JOGAMO and all aspects of characters, items and credits therein.
Rights: any right of exploitation, of any kind in or to JOGAMO, the Software or the games, including, without limitation, in any artwork, music, character(-s), item(-s), credit(-s) or other material or property, and/or any compilation or copyrightable arrangement of any of the above (collectively "Rights")
